Real Estate Operations and Acquisitions, he has been licensed and active in the real estate industry since 1990, buying, selling and actively managing hundreds of properties, from bookkeeping and collections, to maintenance and repairs.  Mr. Mondelli has successfully built various types of properties across the state of Florida over the his career.  His expertise has enabled him to adapt to the ever-changing real estate market.  Mr. Mondelli’s knowledge of the mortgage and real estate market has been a key factor in his success as both an agent and a real estate investor.  Having built a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio, including $25 million in property acquisitions, $15 million dollars in sales and $10 million in property renovations, Mr. Mondelli has engineered an industry-leading standard for excellence in one of the most highly competitive real estate markets in the world.  As he builds on his inestimable reputation as a key partner in new markets and new opportunities, he continues to demonstrate a keen instinct for capital appreciation. His extensive knowledge of the construction industry, as well as key relationships with suppliers and labor force will ensure the team’s success in keeping each investment within the budget guidelines.
