Located in the City of Lauderhill, Broward County, FL , this 184 unit low rise Condo Development was in major disrepair.   Our team came in, took over management of the association, and completed repairs to over 100 units.  At the start of the project, the units were purchased for $50,000, by the end of the project, less than 8 months later, our team was able to obtain sales prices of $150,000 per unit, bringing in substantial profits to our firm.
